Sofia Mori is a sustainability specialist graduated with honours in July 2019 from the Faculty of Architecture and the Built Environment of TU Delft with a MSc in Building technology, a track focusing on sustainable integrated design process.
After obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the Polytechnic University of Turin, she decided to move to the Netherlands to enhance her knowledge of innovation in sustainable construction techniques. In Delft, she focused on façade and climate-responsive design.
During her studies, she took part in different extra-curricular activities.
She joined the board of the study association of Building Technology as an events coordinator, which allowed her to get in touch with several well-known architectural and engineering firms involved in the field of sustainability design and research. She also joined the Solar Decathlon Europe 2019 as a member of the Building Physics and Energy Performance Committee.
Since 2019 she has been working on sustainability subjects, eventually joining the GET team as a Sustainability Consultant in November 2021.
She is firmly convinced that sharing ideas and knowledge is the best way to professionally and humanly thrive and succeed both as an individual and as a team.
