USGBC® – Silver Membership

GET Renews Silver Membership with USGBC®, Reinforcing Commitment to Sustainable Building Sector

GET has recently renewed its Silver Membership with the U.S. Green Building Council® (USGBC®). This renewal exemplifies our unwavering dedication to promoting sustainability and driving the transformation of the real estate market towards a more sustainable future.

The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) is a leading global organization dedicated to promoting sustainability and environmentally responsible practices within the building and construction industry. In particular, USGBC developed and continuously updates the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating system, which provides a framework for assessing and certifying the sustainability of buildings, communities, and cities. Certifications such as LEED enable operators and stakeholders to really guarantee higher levels of sustainability in the field, igniting a market transformation in the field of sustainability.

At GET, sustainability is at the core of our mission. As a trusted consultancy firm, we have been actively involved in advocating for and implementing sustainable practices in the building industry. To be able to do so, GET team can rely on 5 LEED APs and has worked on more than 50 projects to date. Our expertise lies in providing guidance and support to stakeholders across the sector. This includes, among others, helping our client and partner achieve LEED certifications – a benchmark for excellence in sustainable building design, construction, operation, and maintenance. In doing so, GET pioneered the LEED certification applicability, for example by leveraging “LEED for Cities and Communities: Plan and Design” which the firm helped apply for the first time in a major city in the Italian context (read more about it here ).

The decision to renew our Silver Membership with USGBC® reaffirms our commitment to upholding the highest standards of sustainability and environmental responsibility. USGBC® is a global leader in advancing green building practices, and being a part of this esteemed organization aligns perfectly with our values and vision.

Our renewed Silver Membership with USGBC® will enable us to stay at the forefront of industry developments, access valuable resources, and collaborate with like-minded professionals. This further empowers us to provide innovative solutions and expert advice to our clients, empowering them to achieve their sustainability goals effectively.

With this renewal, we want to send a clear message to our clients, partners, and the broader community: sustainability is not just a buzzword for us – it is our driving force. In conclusion, the renewal of our Silver Membership with USGBC® signifies a new chapter in our journey towards a greener, more sustainable future for the building sector. We look forward to leveraging this partnership to drive positive change and create a lasting legacy of environmental stewardship.
