Simone Massini studied Energy and Nuclear Engineering at the Polytechnic of Turin, specializing in the design and management of energy systems. During his university career, he held important roles in an association and in a student team. These experiences have enabled him to develop cross-disciplinary skills, build networks with companies and institutions, and deepen his knowledge of specialized software.
His master’s thesis, developed in collaboration with GET, focused on techno-economic analysis of different technology scenarios for meeting district-level heating and cooling demand, with a particular emphasis on 4GDH and 5GDHC thermal networks.
Passionate about building energy modeling and interested in contributing to the development of efficient energy systems for a sustainable future, he joined GET in 2025.
