Teodoro Maiorano is a mechanical engineer by training specializing in energy advisory services, with a post Master degree in Energy Technologies for Sustainable Development.

He joined GET s.r.l. in 2021 as Senior Consultant in the Energy and Sustainability Consulting team. Prior to joining GET, from 2018 until 2021, he was part of the ARUP Energy and Sustainability Advisory team of the Madrid office.

He began his career as research fellow at the Institute for Energy Engineering of the Polytechnic University of Valencia in 2009, later worked for the Valnu engineering services’ MEP Department in Spain. After his experience in Spain, he spent from 2014 to 2018 at Manens-Tifs, Italy, as Energy Specialist in the Building Physics team.

The experiences he gained collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in different countries has allowed him to enhance flexibility, adaptability and develop a good understanding of international codes.

Teodoro’s experience covers energy and environmental services for building, communities and industrial processes. He advises private clients and administrations, managing and providing engineering analysis focused on energy efficiency and zero emission strategies, circular economy analysis, regenerative design strategies and cost benefit assessments.

He is a LEED AP Building Design & Construction, and BREEAM In Use Assessor. Besides his native Italian, Teodoro Maiorano is fluent in English and Spanish.
